💳 Payment | Betaling
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may pay by credit card. Payment is only withdrawn from your account once your order has been shipped. 🌍 Shipping & Delivery | Levering
We aim to ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. Les Puppets du Soleil cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Free Showroom Pickup: You may collect your items from our showroom at Nordre Fasanvej 140, 2000 Frederiksberg. We will notify you when your order is ready.
🚪 Returns & Exchanges | Retur og Ombytning
You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We can help you generate a return label.

Returns sent to a parcel shop will not be picked up.
